WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING TO REHAB?
You can bring your own clothes and personal care items to rehab, but there are specific guidelines to follow. Pack comfortable outfits for outdoor activities, rest, and any special events, ensuring they are appropriate and not too revealing. Bring at least a 30-day supply of hygiene and grooming products, making sure they are alcohol-free and not in aerosol cans. Items like board games, candles, nail polish, and sports gear should be left at home, as entertainment options are provided.
